Heatherwood Alzheimer's Facility Sold

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. - July 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Heatherwood Alzheimer's Assisted Living was recently sold to Next Level Skilled Nursing for $950,000. The 32-bed standalone memory care facility is located in Walnut Creek, California and has undergone numerous renovations over the years.Situated on a quarter acre, Heatherwood was built in 1964 and has long been a staple in the California Alzheimer's community.

The sale of Heatherwood was facilitated by Shep Roylance and Chris Harmon of JCH Senior Housing Group, a highly-experienced senior housing brokerage firm.

Prior to the sale, Heatherwood was operated by Alzheimer Program Development Corporation.
