Oceanside Hawaii Assisted Living & Memory Care Sold to Local Owner and Operator

HAUULA, Hawaii - July 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Oceanside Hawaii Assisted Living & Memory Care was recently sold to a local owner and operator for $6,640,000. The transaction closed on June 30, 2016. Located in Hauula, Hawaii, the facility offers a wide range of services, including hospice care, respite and day care services, support groups, 24-hour on-site supervision, and dementia and Alzheimer's care.

The transaction was facilitated by Lee Blake and Shep Roylance, Senior Vice Presidents of JCH Senior Housing Group. It should be noted that the duo not only represented Oceanside Hawaii in the selling of their facility, but the buyer as well.
