Hutchison PLLC Welcomes Attorney Adrian Wilson

Adrian's primary areas of focus will be providing strategic advice to clients on financing and M&A transactions, and in business development and client relationship activities.

Adrian earned a bachelor's degree from Davidson College and master's and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Immediately prior to joining Hutchison, Adrian served as President and CEO, and now serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, of Airwavz Solutions, Inc., a wireless infrastructure provider.

Adrian has many years of experience in venture capital and working with emerging growth companies. He was the founder and managing partner of Square 1 Ventures, a venture capital fund-of-funds, and the co-founder and managing general partner of The Trelys Funds, an early stage technology and life science-focused venture capital fund.
