GZA promotes W. Fred Lenz to Senior Principal

NORWOOD, Mass. - June 22, 2016 - PRLog -- GZA, a leading environmental and geotechnical consulting firm, announces that W. Fred Lenz, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Principal in the firm's corporate office in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Lenz, who was named Chief Technology Officer in 2013, formerly served as GZA's Chief Information Officer since 2000.

A resident of Monument Beach on Cape Cod, Lenz is a licensed professional engineer.

Lenz earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College and a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering and the Degree of Nuclear Engineer from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He also received a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

His professional activities include involvement with the Society for Information Management, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Nuclear Society and the Society for Military Engineers.
