Hague Institute for Innovation of Law seeks to close the huge gap in the legal market by encouraging justice entrepreneurship. Emerging technology and innovations can provide a means to make justice available where traditional legal systems have fallen short. The Empowerment Challenge seeks "Justice entrepreneurs", people with ideas and innovations that can make the world a better place by making justice more available to people around the globe.
