Michael-Ann Russell JCC "Falls" into New Season of Enrichments!

AVENTURA, Fla. - July 27, 2016 - PRLog -- The Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center located on the Sanford L. Ziff Campus has announced that registration for its extensive Fall/Winter After School Enrichment Classes, is now underway.  More than 650 classes and programs for ages 3 – high school can be found in the MAR-JCC's Fall/Winter Program Guide by clicking on the link at the end of this page. Hard copies may be picked up from the MAR-JCC's Membership Services Office.

The Guide features the MAR-JCC's diverse offerings that are developed by the directors of its 15 program departments, embracing both the world of sports/fitness and the world of the arts.  Program areas include early childhood development, elementary services, Hebraica youth and leadership, dance, flag football, gymnastics, basketball, tennis, aquatics, skateboard, art, fitness, drama/theatre, soccer, baseball, and the performing arts.

According to MAR-JCC Assistant Executive Director, in addition to the many programs classes that have remained popular over the years, there are numerous additions, which includes bringing back "the national pastime" to the MAR-JCC menu of activities featuring - Danny Berry's Baseball; expanding the Dance Department's offerings with hip hop (powered by Live in Color) and Ballet (powered by Kirova Ballet Academy); and offering children with special needs the chance to "pick up their game" in the Exceptional Tennis Program for children with Special Needs.
