Scout Bar presents Green as Emerald, GODS, Driven With Insanity, Anova Skyway, Treason

HOUSTON - Sept. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Announcing Green as Emerald live in concert featuring GODS, Driven With Insanity, Anova Skyway, and Treason, hosted by Khris Harding from PUNKSTAR FULL THROTTLE at 8 p.m. CST on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Scout Bar (18307 Egret Bay Blvd. Houston, Texas 77058).

Hailing from the great state of Texas, Green as Emerald is pushing the envelope of what a young metal band is capable of. Pulling from all areas of metal, they've focused on trying to write solid and focused songs as opposed to simply trying to be the heaviest band there is. From death metal to hardcore, speed metal to hair metal, Green as Emerald is putting the fun and kick ass mentality back into metal. Members include Alvaro Lopez bass, Judson Duncan guitar, Marc Aya drums, and Shelby Schwem vocals.

This is definitely a tasty metal line up with Heavy Metal band DWI DRIVEN WITH INSANITY of Santa Fe, Texas. Formed in 2013, members include Blayze Dawson, Logan Dawson and Adam Alvarado as New Lead Guitar. Started in September of 2009, GODS is a combination of Deathscrew, Grindcore, Hardcore, Thrash Metal band. From Houston, members include guitar players James and JamesM, vocalists Hector, Scud on drums, and bass player CeeJay. Anova Skyway is a five-piece progressive rock band from Houston, Texas. It is composed of Michael Marksberry, Mike Palacios, David Arellano, Andrew Alvarez, and Garret West. The band formed in 2011, after the split of Marksberry and Palacios' former band Bloodvoid. Treason presents a new progressive sound in Houston. The band was founded by members of all different influences with one goal, to change everything in the music scene. Members include Hunter Story vocals, Jordan Castillo guitar and vocals, Tom Striker guitar, Elijah Santucci drums, and Oscar Gonzales bass.
