Essex car dealer turns showroom into ice rink

WITHAM, U.K. - Nov. 10, 2016 - PRLog -- One of the fastest growing companies in Essex, Big Cars, is getting its skates on for charity this Christmas by turning its car showroom into an ice rink.

Located in Witham, Big Cars is holding a unique, two-day  'Winter Wonderland' event on the weekend of 10-11 December, which will be free to attend.

The family focused spectacular will feature a host of attractions, including a Christmas market in a marquee, Santa's grotto, face painters, games and competitions and there will even be a parliament of barn owls flying in.

Voted one of the UK's Top 1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain by the London Stock Exchange in both 2015 and 2016, the business was established in 2008 by 33 year-old former car salesman turned entrepreneur Adam Stott, from Essex, who is also an international business speaker and coach. Before taking to the ice in his showroom next month, Adam is travelling to the USA later this month to speak at two major events, hosted by Hollywood actors, John Travolta and Al Pacino.

Speaking about the preparations for the 'Winter Wonderland' event, Adam said:

"We can't wait to welcome people from across the county to our 'Winter Wonderland', which promises to get visitors into a festive mood. As you'd expect with Big Cars, it will be a massive event with loads going on and we'll be welcoming other businesses, offering locally made produce, in our Christmas market. It will top off another record breaking year for Big Cars, so it's our way of saying thank you to the community we serve."

In just eight years, Big Cars has grown exponentially to four dealerships, including one in Chelmsford with two others in Suffolk and Surrey. A trailblazer within the motor industry for its use of social media, Big Cars has almost 350,000 followers on Facebook alone.
