WHAT:  Freedom House Sober Living, its staff and Board of Directors are pleased to announce the grand opening of their new 40 bed residential drug and alcohol treatment center named Freedom Behavioral Health.

The opening of this facility is the completion of a three phase launch and five year strategic plan to provide complete wrap around services to adults in our community who have substance abuse disorders and mental health challenges.

Freedom House is partnered with the Eighth Judicial District Court.

Las Vegas Justice Courts

To provide much needed services to individuals participating in recovery court programs.

Freedom House Sober Living operates three programs in Southern Nevada at its location which include a 64 bed transitional center, 40 bed treatment center and 43 beds for individuals with co-occurring disorder.

Freedom Behavioral Health will serve approximately 480 adults each year providing drug and alcohol treatment, case management, family therapy, mental health services and graduates can transition in to Phase 4 where they reside in a transitional center and where they will begin focusing on developing their support network in the community and addressing self-sufficiency with complete vocational and recovery support services.

Since opening in October 2010  Freedom House has served over 1200 adults in Clark County providing recovery support, food assistance through its partnership with Three Square Food Bank Food Pantry, case management, vocational assistance through its ANCHOR Project (a unique ex-offender reintegration program) MRT Training, Anger Management groups.
