Meeting Preparation to Welcome Charter Flight from Changsha China to Batam Island Indonesia

BATAM ISLAND, Indonesia - July 12, 2017 - PRLog -- PT Eco Indo Travel, a travel company under the auspices of Jetwings Group officially operates in Batam  is travel agent the one that bringing and organizes the charter flight to Indonesia Batam Island from Changsha – China.

The meeting preparation to welcome Charter Flight  from Changsha, China to Batam held yesterday on 11th august at Batam Tourism office conducted by Mr. Febrialin , Head of Batam Tourism attended by Head of Riau Islands Tourism  Mr.Buralimar ,representative from Head of Immigration , Mr. Thomas from Eco Indo Travel  , Mr. Sumantri Endang from Turi Beach Resort and other related organization.

The agenda of discussion were welcome speech, welcome dance, welcome gift,  immigration and security related .

The first inaugural flight set to be landed in Batam on 13th July 2017 at 3.30 am will bring 212 tourists with eight times flight divided into following arrival date  13 July , 20 July , 27 July, 3 August , 10 August , 17 August , 24 August , 31 August with  total of 1696 tourists.

Welcome team are include Head of Batam Tourism , Head of Riau Islands Tourism , representative from Head of Immigration , Eco Indo Travel , Turi Beach Resort, Travel Agent Association (ASITA) , Hotel & Restaurant Association (PHRI)  and other related organization .  Some itinerary are include  two nights in Singapore , two nights in Malaysia and two nights in Batam.   There are 5 hotels & resorts selected for these group accommodation . The hotels & resorts are Turi Beach Resort , Batam View Resort , Novotel , Sahid Hotel , and Horrison Hotel .
