S4 Inc. names Kerns, Brosnan as Chief Officers

BEDFORD, Mass. - Oct. 19, 2017 - PRLog -- Defense contractor S4 Inc. recently announced the promotions of Mr. Steve Kerns to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Mr. Patrick Brosnan to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Both individuals have been critical to S4's continuous growth and success, providing expertise and guidance as key members of the corporate top management.

Mr. Steve Kerns joined S4 Inc. in 2006. His career has revolved around participation in computer support, training, and management challenges within both commercial and Government industries.  As COO, Mr. Kerns will lead the ongoing support of existing DoD and DHS customers, as well as directing new business development efforts.

Mr. Patrick Brosnan joined S4 Inc. in 2008 to oversee the company's financial and contract activities. Mr. Brosnan's diligence and hard work enabled S4 to maintain and grow zero debt corporate financial health and profitability. As CFO, he will direct the corporation's financial matters while managing all corporate operational support functions.
