Lee & Associates Negotiates 44,357 SF Office Building Lease at Sundance Corp Center in Beaumo

BEAUMONT, Calif. - Nov. 2, 2017 - PRLog -- The Riverside office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, negotiated a long-term lease for a new, three-story office building, which will encompass 44,357 square feet, in the Sundance Corporate Center at the intersection of Highland Springs Avenue and East Eighth Street in Beaumont. The new building is expected to open in 2019.

Senior Vice President Tom Pierik of Lee & Associates Riverside represented EPIC Management and Beaver Medical Group in the lease transaction. Senior Vice President Rich Erickson of Lee & Associates Riverside represented the property owner, Beaumont Sundance LLC. The transaction amount was not revealed.

Beaver Medical Group, in an October 11 press release, announced its plans of, "strengthening and expanding its commitment to the Banning/Beaumont community with the planned openings in 2019 of two new state-of-the-art facilities to serve Beaver patients. These two projects, one located in Beaumont and the other in Banning, represent Beaver Medical Group's most ambitious expansion project to-date in the area.  With these two new facilities, Beaver will nearly double its current footprint in the Banning Beaumont area as well as the services it will be offering its patients."

The three-story office facility will include an urgent care center with expanded hours and services, laboratory services and radiology/imaging services. Beaver Medical Group has also negotiated an option to lease an additional 86,000 square feet of space at the Sundance Corporate Center to support additional patient growth.

Beaver Medical Group will also build a 36,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility on the north side of Sun Lakes Boulevard near The Lakes Assisted Living and Memory Care retirement community in Banning. The two-story structure will house senior-focused primary care and specialty physicians.

Beaver Medical Group currently has more than 80 doctors serving 40,000 patients in the Banning/Beaumont area. In addition to the local hospitals, Beaver has three facilities for patients in the Banning/Beaumont community: the Banning Primary Care Center, the Banning Specialty Care Center and the Highland Springs Medical Plaza and Urgent Care.
