Stock Development Names Richard Cowgill Director of Construction Operations For Custom Home Division

NAPLES, Fla. - Nov. 29, 2017 - PRLog -- Stock Development, Southwest Florida's premiere award-winning luxury homebuilder and development company, has named Richard Cowgill Director of Construction Operations for the company's newest division, Stock Custom Homes.

As Director of Construction Operations, Cowgill will employ his 30 years of industry experience to develop intricate internal systems aimed at ensuring the highest quality output from the Stock Custom Homes staff and their partners. Cowgill will also create and manage procedures to ensure the division continues to lead the industry in trends and best practices.

Prior to joining Stock Development in 2013, Cowgill served as president of Vision Design and Build, Inc. and Cowgill Builders, Inc. in Illinois. Cowgill holds a Certified Remodeler and a Green Certified Professional designation from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), as well as a Building Analyst and Envelope Specialist certification. He previously served as the Chairman of the Board and President for NARI of Greater Chicagoland.
