Announcing the new PAKwall from eVFern

WHITBY, Ontario - March 16, 2018 - PRLog -- The cost of electricity storage is already more economical. With todays lower prices, battery storage is beginning to replace conventional power generators due to the increased reliability, and in support of renewables integration.

Introducing: PAKwall

PAKwall is a storage solution designed and crafted in Canada by eVFern. This storage solution is based on eVFern's already proven technology, the EVBEAR. The PAKwall includes all the functionality of the EVBEAR but is now housed in a more aesthetically, CSA approved cabinet making it more competitive with other storage units on the market.

The PAKwall is a modular integrated energy storage unit rechargeable 5kWh, 10kWh or 20kWh per inverter. It is safe and easy to operate, light weight emissions free.   The PAKwall is an ideal solution for off-grid applications such as cottages, homes, RV's, boats or as a replacement for back-up energy storage.  Most importantly, the PAKwall easily connects to renewable energy sources like solar panels and wind turbines.

The PAKwall is currently being tested in several applications and has shown to be successful. One of eVFern's most recent applications was an installation in the ChocoSol food truck, replacing a small power generator. Typically, generators on food trucks are loud, invasive and produce offensive fumes and emissions. ChocoSol uses the PAKwall with solar panels to power their foodtruck at the Evergreen Brickworks in downtown Toronto. Now, the only sound coming from the truck are the voices of happy customers and the only smells and emissions are from the delicious chocolate they serve.
