Large and heavy sterling silver trophy cup. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1910.
Baluster bowl with raised foot, c-scroll handles, flared rim, and slashed lobing.
Handles reeded and leaf-capped, and have feathery leaf mounts. Gilt-washed interior. A beautiful design with lots of room for engraving. Holds 18 pints.
A substantial prize that requires two hands to raise aloft. Hallmark includes pattern no. 10425A and director's letter m (1907-47).
