British Actress Living The Dream In Los Angeles!

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - June 27, 2018 - PRLog -- After coming to Los Angeles with a only a dream and steely determination, British actress Sandra De Sousa is finally turning her acting career dreams into reality!

Working closely with top celebrity acting coach Bernard Hiller - link below. Sandra first came to Los Angeles 6 years ago and hasn't looked back! At first taking meetings and getting introduced to the new market, then paying her dues in smaller independent projects, hosting red carpets and co-hosting entertainment talk shows; now her hard work has started to pay off!

This year alone, not only has she shot three different projects, but she has two feature films coming out in the next few months, the European Sci-fi feature "Intruder," where she plays the leader/Queen of a race of aliens, and "The Untold Story" directed by Emmy Award winning director Shane Stanley, where she plays the good cop, 'Officer Smith.' Sandra is also shooting two feature films this coming summer, "Queen of Hearts" playing a Queen who is fighting for freedom in a post apocalyptic world and "Affair's on Capri." Sandra plays the legendary British performer and comedienne Gracie Fields. Her two recent short films "Crazy Woman Got a Gun" and "Modern American Nightmare" have both been nominated and won short film awards.

Which is one of the many reasons why we have booked Sandra as a series regular in our upcoming new episodes for our Shire Production's show "Northsiders." We're very excited to be bringing her onboard with us and we have discussed the offer or another two roles in two future feature films.

Now living her own dream, this Sexy, Sassy, Brit is here to stay! She's certainly become a hot commodity with a steady stream of job offers coming her way, her star meter is set to rise exponentially.

When asked about the toughest part of her journey on the road to success, she cites, "Keeping faith and dealing with rejection. Even if casting directors love your work, you don't always get the job!"

What advice would she give to other foreigners breaking into the industry in Los Angeles? Sandra exclaims with passion: "Be fearless, work really hard and go after what you truly want! You also need a great mentor, supportive friends and a working GPS!"
