Unicorn Children's Foundation Announces 2018 SNAC Community Inclusion Awards

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Aug. 1, 2018 - PRLog -- Do you know an unsung hero? Someone who goes above and beyond? Then now is the time to nominate those people who are building a better and more inclusive community for individuals with special needs and their families. They will be recognized at the Special Needs Advisory Coalition of Palm Beach County's Inaugural Community Inclusion Awards. This is a luncheon sponsored by Unicorn Children's Foundation on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Boca West Country Club. Nominations are now being accepted for the following categories:

• Direct Service Professional of the Year • Respite Care Companion of the Year • Supportive Housing Provider of the Year • Self-Advocate of the Year
• Employer of the Year
• Employee of the Year
• Teacher/Educator of the Year • Healthcare Provider of the Year • Post Secondary Program of the Year • Innovation & Collaboration of the Year • Volunteer of the Year • Champion of Inclusion Award

All nominees must regularly advocate, deliver services and support to the special needs community in Palm Beach County. You can self-nominate or be nominated by others, and you may be nominated in more than one category. Nominations must be received by 5pm on Wednesday, August 8, 2018.
