Eight Special Shrimp Dishes Available for $19.95 Each Every Wednesday Night Through the End of September

(Delray Beach, FL – August 22, 2018)  Caffe Luna Rosa, Delray Beach's popular beachside restaurant, today announced that it has launched Shrimp Night Wednesday featuring eight special shrimp dishes through the end of September, each for just $19.95.

"If you're a shrimp lover, this is the night for you, because you can choose from eight different ways to devour shrimp," says Bonnie Beer, managing partner at the popular beachside restaurant.

Those choices range from a salad to dishes with an Italian, Cajun or Asian flavors not always available — and never all on the same night.

"These are dishes that normally run only as specials once in a while," Beer said. "Because of their popularity, we decided to offer them all on Wednesday at a special price."

Available from 4:30 p.m. until closing, the shrimp choices selected by Executive Chef Ernesto DeBlasi include:

Gnocchi Con Gamberi — Sautéed gulf shrimp, shallots, and fresh asparagus tips in a brandy tomato cream tossed with handmade gnocchi

Gamberi Pici Paci — Sautéed tender gulf shrimp with local heirloom tomatoes, basil and garlic in a light chardonnay sauce with linguini pasta

Blackened Shrimp Salad — Cajun broiled shrimp served over romaine lettuce salad with chopped tomato, cucumber, carrots and citrus vinaigrette

Shrimp Saltimbocca — Pan seared gulf shrimp with Parma prosciutto and Marsala wine sauce with crispy polenta cake and sautéed greens

Crispy Fried Gulf Shrimp — Served with house-made coleslaw, French fries and Cajun aioli dipping sauce

Gamberi Tartufo  — Sautéed shrimp with roasted mushrooms and truffle demi glaze with brown rice and seasonal vegetables

Shrimp Saganaki — Pan stewed shrimp with Kalamata olives, fresh tomatoes and feta cheese over garlic crostini

Hoisin Bang Bang Shrimp — Crispy fried gulf shrimp served with whole grain rice, seasonal vegetables and ginger/Hoisin glaze
