Queens Chamber of Commerce Building Awards is Next Week

QUEENS, N.Y. - Nov. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- The 2018 Queens Chamber of Commerce Annual Building Awards Gala, one of the signature events of the Queens Chamber of Commerce is next week. For over 90 years, this marvelous tradition honors the architects, builders, engineers, lenders, interior designers and owners of buildings and building projects in Queens County. This year's Gala will be held December 6, 2018.

The Borough of Queens would not be the dynamic looking place it is today without the residential, commercial and industrial buildings that are constructed or renovated. Each year the Queens Chamber of Commerce celebrates all types of projects including new construction, rehabilitation, open or enclosed public spaces, civil projects, sustainable buildings and interior design.

This year's Keynote Speaker is Lorraine Grillo, Commissioner, NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC), President, NYC School Construction Authority (SCA) and our Gala Honoree is John Banks, President at The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
