Wonderful sterling silver dinner service for 12 in Audubon pattern. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. This set comprises 83 pieces: Forks: 12 dinner forks (8 1/8) and 12 salad forks (6 3/4); Spoons: 11 soup spoons (7 1/4), 12 gumbo spoons (7), and 15 teaspoons (6 1/4); Knives: 12 dinner knives (10 1/4), 2 butter spreaders (5 7/8), and 1 butter spreader (6); Serving pieces: 1 spoon (8 5/8), 1 tomato server (8), 1 cheese knife (7), 1 cake knife (10 1/8), 1 bread knife (12 3/8), and 1 poultry carving knife (12 1/8).

All knives and servers have hollow handles and stainless-steel blades except for two butter spreaders (5 7/8) and tomato server which have flat handles and sterling silver blades. Soup spoons have oval bowls.

A fine service in the Japonesque pattern that was first produced in 1956, based on the late 19th-century pattern Japanese. Hallmarked. Very good condition.
