TULSA, Okla. - Jan. 1, 2019 - PRLog -- Title Nine Data Security Breach Class Action Investigation
Abington Cole + Ellery is currently conducting a class action investigation regarding a confirmed data security breach of TitleNine.com. The incident may have affected certain customers' payment card numbers and other information entered on the Title Nine website between December 28, 2017, and July 9, 2018.

A customer data breach notice from Title Nine states that unauthorized code was added to TitleNine.com's checkout page to collect certain customer information without authorization.

Title Nine says that the information entered during the checkout process that the code may have been accessed includes name, address, payment card number, expiration date, and card security code (CVV).
