The 2nd International Women's Day Global Golf Event 8th – 14th March 2019

SOUTHWARK, U.K. - Jan. 21, 2019 - PRLog -- The Golf Crowd are delighted to announce The 2nd International Women's Day Global Golf Event on 8th – 14th March 2019.

The same simple format as last year, organised online. Everyone welcome - low or high (or no) handicap, young or old - any woman who would like to celebrate International Women's Day and play golf across all time zones, all longitudes and latitudes, anytime, anywhere. Separated by geography but united online in competition, spirit and purpose.

We are asking global golf organizations, club networks, players' agents, professionals and the golfing media to spread the word far and wide. Last year we hit a golf ball into the air and started a small ripple. With wide support (and maybe more seasonal weather) we can smash the US$5,000 raised last year to help a whole host of different causes in many countries. We topped up the winners' donations, giving to Thames Hospice, Winston's Wish, Scottish Women's Aid and Athlone House for Abused Women and Children in South Africa. Take part to win extra funds for the charity close to your heart and enjoy the celebration of women's golf.

For all ladies sections, everywhere  Europe, North America, South Africa, Australia, India, China, Japan, Korea – time to talk, plan and add an event to the golf timetable and calendar! It could be a weekly get together, a social game with friends or a chance to introduce new women to golf!
