The new site is designed to make all aspects of the residential living experience easier to access, navigate and manage. A key feature of the new site is that all residents of Imperial Properties' residential communities can now submit and monitor maintenance requests from both mobile and desktop devices. This feature includes the capability to attach photos and other documentation.

The site also offers the ability to make payments and keep track of their payment history, as well as the option to schedule recurring payments. Residents will also be able to access documentation pertaining to their lease via the portal, and the site provides a straightforward means of sending and receiving communications from property management and maintenance staff.

Additionally, condominium owners will now be able to track bylaw violations, and board members are able to easily access reports and financial data pertaining to their condominium communities.
