Imperial Properties Celebrates 10th Anniversary

WINNIPEG, Manitoba - Dec. 19, 2019 - PRLog -- Imperial Properties, a residential and commercial property management firm serving clients throughout Western Canada, is celebrating 10 years in business this month.

Founded in Winnipeg in 2009, the company expanded to Regina, Saskatchewan, opening an office there in December 2014. In 2016, the company added its Maintenance Services division. Between its two offices, Imperial Properties currently manages 35 condominium corporations, 40 multifamily residential rental properties and five commercial buildings.

All of the firm's property managers have achieved or are pursuing their ARM® certification, conferred by the Real Estate Institute of Canada, which demonstrates the company's commitment to remaining at the forefront of new developments and best practices in the property management industry.

In addition to its knowledgeable and highly-qualified team, Imperial Properties is proud of its achievements as a leader in the adoption of cutting-edge property management technologies, which are designed to ensure full transparency and a high level of customer service for its residents and owners. Adrian Schulz, ACCI, President of Imperial Properties, now serves as a Director at the FIABCI—the International Real Estate Federation—as well as the Manitoba Real Estate Association. Day-to-day operations are managed and led by Norma Villamayor, the company's Operations Manager, who has been with Imperial Properties since the company's founding.
