Imperial Properties Maintenance Services Division Now Offering Building Disinfection Program

WINNIPEG, Manitoba - May 11, 2020 - PRLog -- Imperial Properties, a residential and commercial property management firm serving clients in Western Canada, is pleased to announce it has implemented a new preventative building disinfection program in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The disinfection program, which is available to all properties managed by the firm, is being provided as an optional service. Imperial Properties was recently able to secure the equipment and supplies necessary to offer this service at a highly competitive rate for its properties.

The new preventative building disinfection program will focus on disinfection of critical points most likely to be touched or accessed throughout the day, including the following:

·   Door knobs and handles throughout buildings
·   Common touch surfaces (entry pads, intercoms, elevator controls, mailboxes, etc.)
·   Tables, countertops, ledges and smooth seating surfaces
·   Staircase railings
·   Entryway floors

All service technicians will use the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as professional-grade disinfectants approved for use in Canada.
