EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline Announces Close of Additional Second Open Season

SAN ANTONIO - April 29, 2019 - PRLog -- EPIC Midstream Holdings, LP ("EPIC") announced today that it has closed an additional second Open Season for its Crude Oil Pipeline at 5pm today. This additional Open Season commenced on April 19, 2019.

The EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline was commissioned on August 1, 2018 and ended Friday, August 31, 2018. The Open Season was previously extended twice due to continued additional interest in crude takeaway on the EPIC crude pipeline. On April 11, 2019, FERC issued the Declaratory Order in the EPIC Crude Proceeding.

EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline successfully closed its first open season on July 26, 2018 and executed definitive agreements with new primary shippers. Shippers have secured 525 MBbl/d of capacity originating from the Permian Basin on the EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline.

The EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline will run side-by-side with the EPIC NGL Pipeline extending from Orla, Texas to the Port of Corpus Christi, Texas and includes terminals in Orla, Saragosa, Crane, Wink, Midland, Helena and Gardendale, with Port of Corpus Christi connectivity and export access. It will service the Delaware, Midland and Eagle Ford Basins.

The EPIC Crude Oil Pipeline remains on schedule to begin interim service from Crane, Texas to Corpus Christi, Texas, during the third quarter of 2019. The project is expected to be in permanent service beginning January 2020. More information at http://epicpipelinelp.com
