JAKARTA, Indonesia - May 14, 2019 - PRLog -- In the face of EU's ban on palm oil in biofuels and the resulting trade war with Indonesia and Malaysia, the Jakarta summit will start off with a Keynote Speech by Nicholas Whittle, CFO, PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana - 'The Indonesian Palm Oil Industry - Staying Resilient to Market Challenges'. Day 1 will also look at Indonesia'sstance and concerns for '3 -MCPD and GE challenge' - elaborated by Indonesian Oil Palm Research Institute (IOPRI) while the 'Sustainable Practices on Integrating Cattle Breeding into Palm Oil Plantations' is shared by Indonesia-Australia Commercial Cattle Breeding Program (IACCBP).

Malaysian Biodiesel Association (MBA)
shares details of Malaysia's B10 Biodiesel Program as the country recently mandated local producers to increase minimum bio-content in biodiesel fuel to 10%. In another session, Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB addresses - 'Is Clonal Oil Palm a Sustainable Solution'?
