Steven Walton Joins Partner Engineering and Science as ALTA Services Director

ORLANDO, Fla. - Oct. 29, 2019 - PRLog -- Steven B. Walton, PS, a seasoned second-generation registered surveyor, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), an international due diligence, design and construction risk management firm headquartered in Torrance, Calif., as an ALTA Services Director.

Based out of Partner's Orlando, FL office, Walton brings over 40 years of surveying experience across the country. He has conducted land surveys, directed survey operations, project managed record searches and boundary determinations for a diverse array of commercial real estate, public and private stakeholders.

Walton will oversee the expansion of Partner's rapidly growing surveying and land title services, including American Land Title Association (ALTA) surveys, zoning services, and combined products for a variety of client types and properties. He has extensive knowledge in the rules, procedures and legal compliance of boundary determinations, State Plane Coordination Systems, and the United States Public Land Survey System.
