Lynn Smith Joins Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. as Relationship Manager

CHICAGO - Oct. 29, 2019 - PRLog -- Lynn P. Smith, P.G., a senior Environmental Professional and seasoned business development consultant, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), an international due diligence, design and construction risk management firm headquartered in Torrance, California, as a Relationship Manager.

Based out of Partner's Chicago, Illinois office, Ms. Smith brings over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. She has performed hundreds of environmental due diligence assessments in her career, overseeing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), site remediation and closure services, and transaction consulting for residential developments; commercial/industrial properties; municipal Brownfield sites; and transportation and infrastructure improvement projects. In addition to managing, training and coordinating environmental due diligence teams, Ms. Smith's expertise includes project/program management, business development, and RFP/IFB/RFQ/RFI proposal preparation. Ms. Smith will oversee business development, environmental assessment services and ongoing client management for Partner's broad scope of commercial real estate projects.
