Edward Garcia Joins Partner Engineering and Science Inc. as Technical Director

PHOENIX - Oct. 29, 2019 - PRLog -- Edward Garcia, a registered architect and multi-disciplinary consultant and building solutions specialist, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), an international due diligence, design and construction risk management firm headquartered in Torrance, Calif., as a Technical Director of Property Condition Assessment Services.

Based out of Partner's Phoenix, AZ office, Garcia brings over two decades of experience in all aspects of architecture, design, development and building science. He has expertise in preparing and overseeing project management and staff support for a wide range of technical due diligence reports, and providing guidance in building assessment reporting, environmental remediation, and specialty consulting (forensics, restoration, audits, and design) for almost every commercial real estate sector.

Garcia's focus at Partner will be in providing management and technical insight into PCA reports for equity-driven deals, providing ancillary consulting and advisement for Partner's growing roster of equity clients, and supporting government contracts with Small Business Administration (SBA) and/or Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions.
