Center Stage at Edge, Level 14
Edge invites you to enjoy a panoramic view of fireworks display over Pattaya bay with a variety of international selections. Highlights include seafood on ice – oyster, New Zealand mussel, white prawn, whelk, caviar, grilled seafood – rock lobster, tiger prawn, blue crab, seabass in banana leaf and also river prawn, sashimi – Maguro, Hamachi, Salmon, octopus, Sakura shrimp, Hokkaido scallop, live cooking station of Australian lamb chop, Australian beef, foie gras and pasta, homemade pizza, selections of Thai, Asian and Western cuisine together with dessert corners and chocolate fountain. The buffet is priced at THB 2,400 per person for indoor seats and THB 2,800 per person for outdoor seats. Available from 6pm to 11pm at Edge Restaurant on level 14.

Lounge at Drift, Level 16
Celebrate Pattaya International Fireworks Festival on an exclusive private island with an unobstructed view of firework shows. Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar on level 16 offers two island packages; THB 17,000 for small island for 4 people and THB 22,000 for large island for 6 people. Full beverage package, Fine de Claire oyster together with sharing tower of appetizers and desserts are included. In addition, beverage package is recommended at THB 2,200 for comfortable sofa seats and indoor dining area. Selections of a la carte menu are also available such as Fine de Claire oyster, mixed seafood and sashimi set. All packages are available from 6pm to 11pm.

A Magnificent View from the Highest Level at Horizon, Level 34
Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar offers an unforgettable experience with a unique view of fireworks over Pattaya bay. A wide selection of premium international buffet is arranged for celebrating this special event of the year such as chilled seafood – Fine de Claire and Calm Cove oyster, slipper lobster, jumbo white prawn, blue crab, New Zealand mussel, fish roes, sashimi - Tuna, Hamachi, Salmon, Japanese scallop, octopus, Surf Clam, charcuterie, pasta and dessert corner. Choices of made-to-order main dishes are available such as foie gras, snow fish, lamb chop, New York strip steak, Canadian lobster, duck, chicken, Kurobuta pork and grilled mixed seafood. All together is priced at THB 3,300 nett per person for indoor seats and THB 3,700 for outdoor area. Beverage package is also available at THB 2,550 nett per person from 6pm – 11pm.
