The Gallery meeting & event space is located on the main floor and features oversized windows that flood the space natural light.

The Studio, a top-floor indoor/ outdoor space features bay and city views and is ideal for celebrations, corporate events, art exhibitions, networking gatherings and more. It can be combined with the Sunset Deck for an indoor/outdoor venue that wows guests and clients alike.

Taking full advantage of Sarasota's beautiful weather, The_Modern's Pool Deck entices events to step outside and enjoy a space surrounded by three pools, adorned with lavish landscaping and boasting 6,000-square feet of space for informal gatherings beneath the sun or stars.

The 900 sq. ft. Garden, designed for intimate ceremonies and private parties for up to 60 and is a horticulturist's dream. The "secret garden" features over 500 plants including tall, medium and low plantings, consisting of uplit Sabal Palms, Silver Buttonwoods, Travelers Palms, and Powder Puff bushes and trees. This abundant space will also include multiple shrubs and accent plants, like Heliconia, Shell Ginger, White Ruellia, and Wart Fern, paved with an ivory hardscape. The garden is illuminated with carnival string lights and other theatrical intimate lighting, highlighting this opulent space's greenery and mesmeric feel.
