OTEN Medical Set to Return to SXSW 2020 Exhibit Hall

AUSTIN, Texas - Feb. 18, 2020 - PRLog -- OTEN Medical is pleased to announce their participation in Austin's South by Southwest 2020 starting March 15^th to 18^th at the Austin Convention Center.  OTEN Medical will be showcasing the all new Difobod and iLine for I.V. line management.

This year OTEN Medical will make their return to exhibit two new products. The Difobod, a Diabetic Foot Telehealth System and the iLine, an I.V. line organizer.  The Difobod is designed to help people with diabetes manage and maintain proper footcare.  It is a patented wellness device that helps avoid diabetic foot ulcers by properly drying between toes and the soles of people's feet, while capturing images of their feet to assess for any skin breakdown that would otherwise go unnoticed as a result of diabetic foot neuropathies.  The iLine is a sleek new patent pending disposable used to easily organize multiple I.V. lines, feeding tubes, and endotracheal ventilation tubes.

There are over 30 million Americans living with Diabetes and over 50% suffer from foot neuropathies.  As a result, over 34% ultimately experience a diabetic foot ulcer. People with Diabetes are instructed to care for their feet and inspect them on a daily basis, however factors such as obesity, poor mobility, and poor eyesight make this daily routine hard to accomplish.  OTEN Medical has partnered with CoCreateX to design a simple and convenient approach to maintain good footcare, inspect daily, and connect with caretakers to avoid further skin breakdown.

OTEN Medical's I.V. line organizer comes in two forms.  The iLine original which is designed to manage multiple patient lines such as routine I.V. line, feeding tubes, and hemodialysis tubes.  The second option is the iLine Select, which is designed to hold endotracheal tubes on one end and multiple routine lines on the other.  Both iLines are placed on side rails and remove cleanly leaving behind no residue.
