HARRODSBURG, Ky. - April 1, 2020 - PRLog -- With so many places required to close during the COVID-19 pandemic, Bright Leaf Golf Resort understands that golfers and others may be looking for a place to spend quality time safely outdoors. Central Kentucky's first all-inclusive golf resort is following government guidelines and taking measures to ensure everyone's safety to provide visitors with a safe golfing experience.

Play it safe, outdoors
Spread over 200 acres, Bright Leaf Gold Resort has plenty of room for golfers to hit the course while maintaining six feet or more of physical distancing. The resort offers stay-and-play packages, with onsite accommodations within a stroll of the golf course.

With customer and employee health and safety the resort's top priority, procedures are in place and may be modified as needed to stop the spread of COVID-19 while offering a safe way to relax and have fun:

·The hotel office will be limited to 10 or fewer people in the office at one time.
·Express check-in will be available. Groups that choose to pay in advance will be able to skip the office and head straight to their room to find golf package cards and room keys on the table.
·In addition to normal cleaning and sanitizing, rooms will be disinfected after each check-out.
·Carts will be issued on an individual basis (4 carts/foursome).
·Golf carts will have keys in them. Grab the first cart in line and head to #1 tee for sign-in.
·Access to the clubhouse will be restricted to essential merchandise sales and restrooms.
·Flags will remain in the cup at all times. Please use either your gloved hand or putter pick-up tool to retrieve your ball from the cup.
·Drop out of any bunker to eliminate the need for rakes.
·Bring your own wipes and/or sanitizer to use while on the course.
·Carts will be sanitized between each use. Special attention will be paid to high-touch points like seats, cup holders, steering wheel, basket and bag straps.
·Pencils and scorecards will be single use.
·The 19th Hole will be serving all meals to go..
·Be conscious of social distancing.
