PITA, Professional Institute of Technology to continue FREE classes to unemployed VIRTUALLY during Covid-19 Pandemic Shut down

LAS VEGAS - April 15, 2020 - PRLog -- The Professional Institute of Technology has committed to helping the community by continuing their free classes for the unemployed Virtually. The program has been so successful in helping the community, that the owners have decided to commit their resources to this program, and offer the FREE course until the unemployment rate reaches below 6%!

The program, called FREE CLASS FRIDAYS,  has been in place since 2009.  During the years, it has gone from twice monthly, to twice weekly, depending upon the needs and rising/falling of unemployment.

When asked why they would make such a commitment, Director Laurie Clemens stated, "The staff of The Professional Institute of Technology is committed to helping the community.  While this may seem like a big commitment for us to offer, we didn't think twice about it!  Steve and I truly believe that this is what makes our country, and our city the BEST!  It is all about people helping people, and this is the best way we know how to GIVE BACK!"

This website is where job seekers and unemployed can go to look for jobs, and find resources for assistance through multiple agencies.

If you know anyone who is unemployed, has been laid off, or is looking to upgrade their computer skills, please feel free to have them email us at jorge.mendez@lv-pita.com, or laurie.clemens@lv-pita.com.  We will be registering students through May for this class vitrually.  We hope to be back to live instruction by then, and will have classes resume on campus.
