Northshore Acupuncture Center Is Changing the Narrative About Menopause

SKOKIE, Ill. - May 18, 2020 - PRLog -- Amy Landolt, the owner of Northshore Acupuncture Center, is on a mission to change the narrative about perimenopause and to provide support and community for women going through the challenges of this period of expansion and healing.  From May 18-30th, 2020, she is joined by different experts for a series of Facebook Live discussions related to perimenopause. The sessions cover releasing anger with tapping, tuning into your intuition, reframing and managing hot flashes, body positivity, uncovering your inner queen, managing joint pain, finding your voice and speaking your truth, meditation, movement, and pelvic health.
