Alliance Commercial Property Management Adds Presidia's Hensley as SVP to Bolster Portfolio

GREENSBORO, N.C. - June 9, 2020 - PRLog -- Alliance Commercial Property Management (ACPM) and Presidia Asset Management have announced an affiliation to fortify services for commercial real estate clients.

Presidia President Gina Hensley, RPA, CPM, CCIM is joining the Alliance team as Senior Vice President for the Piedmont-Triad area as well as leading leasing initiatives.

The affiliation enables Alliance to extend multifamily management as an additional service line to their clients through Presidia.

Alliance provides property management services for more than 50 properties and six million square feet across the Southeast. The diverse leasing and property management portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties is located across North Carolina, South Carolina, Southern Virginia, and Eastern Georgia.
