ATEN US3342 Wins Grand Prize At Interop 2020

SYDNEY - July 28, 2020 - PRLog -- Aten has taken home the prestigious Grand Prize Award for the Gadget category, at this year's Interop 'Best of Show' Awards. Aten won the award for it's USB-C Sharing Dock, US3342, the world's first 10Gb USB Type-C supported sharing switch, especially designed to enhance the efficiency of dual-system operations.

Used by programmers and developers, system administrators, PC repair technicians and even content creators, the gadget enables two USB-C computers to share 4 USB 3.2 Gen 2 peripheral devices with data transfer rates up to 10Gbps. Through the ATEN Bezel X software, the US3342 can seamlessly share data across 2 systems with only 1 set of keyboard, monitor, and mouse. It also supports USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 for laptop charging up to 85W by using an additional USB-C Power Adapter.

The award was presented by Interop Japan, one of the largest ITC exhibitions and governing bodies in Tokyo. Since its inception in 1994, Interop sees approximately 400 companies and organisations exhibit at its events annually, introducing products, services and solutions. These new IT trends are then judged by a panel of IT experts, who identify the winners of awards in several categories, including Gadget, IoT, Enterprise IT, Cloud Infrastructure and more.
