Mark Miller, president of NAI Robert Lynn, said Salanty's experience is unmatched. Salanty has completed sales assignments for many institutional investors, including EB Arrow, C-III, Dunhill Partners, Howard Hughes Corporation, JCPenney, Simon Property Group, Site Centers, Weingarten Realty and multiple private investors. "Tom is known for his integrity, honesty and perseverance and leaves no stone unturned," Miller said. In his previous role as managing director in JLL Capital Markets' Dallas office, Salanty represented institutional owners, developers and private real estate investors in their disposition of retail assets. Prior to joining JLL, Salanty was executive director for 23 years at Cushman & Wakefield. He's been named a D CEO Power Broker multiple times, including most recently in 2019. Other career stops include Intershop Holdings AG, a $1 billion Swiss real estate investment company, and Dallas-based Bright Realty Company, where he was a top broker representing the RTC in the disposition of over $1 billion of various foreclosed properties of all types. "I have known Tom for over 11 years, and his depth and knowledge of the transaction process is second to none," said Alan Ferguson, Kimco Realty's Texas Vice President. For the last 20 years, he has also proudly served on the board for New Horizons, which provides counseling and specialized treatment for abused children and families throughout Texas. Salanty graduated from Indiana University.
