SAN MATEO, Calif. - Sept. 16, 2021 - PRLog -- ATTENTION ALL MUSIC LOVERS, ROCK STARS, MUSIC PRODUCERS, RADIO STATIONS AND RECORD COMPANIES...BE SURE CHECK OUT TWO GREAT SONGS FOR "ONE-HIT WONDER DAY" (September 25th)...

THE SONGS ARE CALLED "BIG BUCKS" AND "RUN FOR OFFICE" by Robert Barrows and Gary Warren.

(You can hear a FREE CLIP of each of these songs at www.barrows.com/music.html and there are links on that page where you can download the songs for 99 cents each on iTunes.)

"September 25th is "One-Hit Wonder Day" and all the one-hit wonders in the world will be vying for whatever airplay they can get on this most holy of holy days in pop culture," says Robert Barrows, co-author of two great one-hit wonders called "Big Bucks" and "Run For Office."

"Both of these songs got some airplay when they were released in 1999, says Barrows, and both of them could definitely go to the top of the charts if they're lucky enough to get some good publicity and some good airplay on One-Hit Wonder Day."

"Plus, the lyrics to both of these songs are timeless and universal, says Barrows, so whoever writes about them and whoever plays them is going to score a great big hit with their audience."

"Big Bucks" is a song about the hopes and dreams of pulling down big money and the frustrations about not making big money.

"And 'Run For Office' is a satire about power, politics, sex lies, money and greed...all the stuff that politics is made of. The people will love this song, politicians will hate it.

And in this kind of political climate, whenever you hear a politician talking about Income Inequality after they've just attended a $50,000 a plate fundraising dinner (even on Zoom)...at least you can vent some of your frustrations about money and politics with some songs called "Big Bucks" and "Run For Office," says Barrows.

And YES...I am definitely available for an interview!
