Evicted Single Mom Living in a Hotel Make a Desperate Plea for Business Exposure

And Elisha said to her, "What shall I do for you? Tell me; what have you in the house?"

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Nov. 2, 2021 - PRLog -- Amanda Nicole is a single mom evicted from her home last week. Now she and her 10-year-old daughter live in a hotel. Where some would have started a go fund me campaign, or reached out to women's shelters, Amanda has chosen a different route to fix her financial dilemma.

As a Christian, she feels that she heard God speak to her and ask her "What do you have in your house?" She immediately understood the reference from the bible. 2 Kings 4 tells the story of a widow woman who was in debt. The prophet Elisha asked her what she had in her house, and the jar of oil that she had in her house, was used to perform a miracle to fix her financial struggles.

"I have to admit that the irony wasn't lost of me. Here I am hearing the phrase 'what do you have in your house,' when at the moment I'm living in a hotel. But I understood what God was trying to say."

Amanda says that just before the pandemic, she started a business called Freedom Through Divorce, a company dedicated to helping women experience freedom through divorce via online classes and resources. Amanda remembers the pain of being in a verbally and emotionally abusive marriage, yet feeling like God expected her to stay. Confused about how God loved her, yet wanted her to be belittled, controlled, depressed, and abused for the rest of her life. To her, it just didn't seem right, but she couldn't understand how divorce was acceptable for her as a believer. It wasn't until she learned the truth, that she was able to get out of that marriage and experience God's true freedom through her divorce. Now she is passionate about helping other women of God do the same.

For Amanda, this is what she has in her house. "I know that this is what I was created to do and I'm really good at it. I just need an Elisha to help me turn what's in my house into the financial fix for my current situation. If you're a journalist, a pr person, an influencer, a member of the media, etc., and you'd be willing to help me gain exposure for my business, please reach out to me at amanda@amandanicoleconsulting.com. I would be forever grateful for your help!"

Amanda's business has both an online school (https://www.freedomthroughdivorce.com/classes) and an online store (https://freedom-through-divorce-with-amanda-nicole.myshopify.com/)
