Downtown Waterbury Hosts its First Holiday Wandering Stroll

WATERBURY, Conn. - Dec. 6, 2021 - PRLog -- Main Street Waterbury (MSW) has announced the addition of a Holiday Wandering Stroll in conjunction with its annual Holiday Window Display Contest. The Holiday Wandering Stroll is scheduled for Tuesday, December 21^st from 5:00pm – 7:00pm in the downtown district.

The community is invited to come out, and stroll from merchant to merchant, enjoy festive window displays, vote for their favorite window, shop, and enjoy tasty bites and beverages from each of the participating locations.

The walkable stroll stops include Palace Theater, Spirit Café, Grand News Deli, Mary's Liquor Store, The Black Cat Spiritual Store & Botanica, Healthy Lifestyles Juice Bar, City Pizza and Espresso, Marvic Cleaners, Signature's Restaurant, and Mattatuck Museum.

Additional businesses have transformed their storefronts through visual display bringing holiday cheer to the community. Cyril the Sorcerer will bring magic and fortunes to the streets. Main Street Waterbury's Design committee and volunteers will be out judging each of the participating displays as part of the Annual Holiday Window contest. The community can cast their vote for "People's Choice" for BEST Holiday Window now through December 21^st 7:30pm EST, when voting closes.
