Collective Development Inc. Launches Into the Music Scene

LANSING, Mich. - Feb. 23, 2022 - PRLog -- Collective Development Inc. has always been about storytelling. Over the years, CDI has created an extensive library of feature films extending back twenty five years and change. The Michigan-based production company has showcased various musicians over the years. CDI's long time collaborator and film composer Dennis Therrian, has scored so many diverse and memorable scores, many featuring guest-starring musicians either in the soundtracks or in the films themselves.  Some of CDI's past participating musicians include Joe Pullin, John Oates, Peter Frampton, Stella Parton, Roanoke, The Cash Collective, Trace Adkins, Sammy Kershaw and The London Symphony - just to name a few.

CDI's upcoming film release BEST YEARS GONE, held a national 'Battle of the Bands,' which eventually crowned the Michigan band VERTICAL BRIDGE, as the winner. They were awarded a music video shoot and their song 'Off to the Races' appears in the film releasing in June 2022 with Deskpop Entertainment. The experience was so much fun that CDI has actively begun producing music-based projects. CDI's future might include more music videos with a storyline or live performance video. Even a documentary style video that includes tour highlights or some big event.

This new "music" enthusiasm led to CDI collaborating with yet another Michigan-based rock band, DEEPFALL. The band is fresh from the studio with a powerful new line up of songs and a soon-to-be announced tour schedule. The soon-to-be announced first single was chosen by the band's management. It starts moody with a warning for humanity before launching into a full "foot-stomping" assault rocking hard with their catchy power-anthem.

The bands line up consists of Terry DeWit- vocals, Tim Ossenfort- guitar, Taylor Brandt- bass, Jim Sully- drums and Tim King- keys. The shoot was produced by Tim King and DJ Perry with Carl Weyant serving as the director/editor. The second camera was ran by Travis Hayward.
