On his departure, William Constantino, Chair of the RSI CTC and Marmon Leasing Group President said, "John Byrne has been a true asset to this Committee and has led tank car owners and lessors through many significant milestones during his time with RSI. We wish John the best in his retirement." About RSI The Railway Supply Institute (RSI) is the only all-inclusive trade association for railway suppliers in the United States.
