Porsche Cars Canada Returns as Presenting Sponsor of Cobble Beach Concours d'Elegance for 2022

KEMBLE, Ontario - Aug. 18, 2022 - PRLog -- The Cobble Beach Concours d'Elegance is proud to announce that Porsche Cars Canada will continue as the presenting sponsor for 2022. This partnership will bring Porsche Clubs to Cars, Planes & Coffee at Wiarton Keppel International Airport on Saturday, September 17". In addition, Porsche Cars Canada will present that Saturday afternoon in one of two seminars held at the Roxy Theatre in downtown Owen Sound. At the main event on Sunday, September 18, the Concours d'Elegance presented by Porsche will now include two Porsche (only) classes, a Classic Porsche pre 1983 class and a Rare Colours of Porsche class. Our Concours judging team is looking forward to evaluating these vintage automobiles and Porsche Cars Canada is set to exhibit the 2023 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet America Edition during Sunday's awards ceremonies.

Now in its 8^th year, the Cobble Beach Concours d'Elegance presented by Porsche is the most prestigious classic car show in Canada. Hailed by the media and public, the Cobble Beach Concours d'Elegance presented by Porsche promotes the highest class of judges and participants in North America, as well as a wide collection of rare and pristine automobiles unmatched in Canada. Over 100 hand-selected vehicles from collections across Canada and the United States will take their place on the beautiful cobble stone shores of Georgian Bay, delicately placed on the 18^th fairway of the Cobble Beach Golf Resort Community, just 10 minutes north of Owen Sound, Ontario.

In an effort to keep the latest iteration of the show fresh and new, this year's Concours will see new and different classes such as "Rad Rides of the 1980's" and a "75 Years of Ferrari", something rarely seen. "We take great care in attracting the best vehicles possible to our show. But we want people to know this is an inclusive event that appeals to history buffs, lovers of the automobile, families and design lovers alike." says Rob McLeese, founder and show chair of the Cobble Beach Concours d'Elegance presented by Porsche.
