OKLAHOMA CITY - Aug. 31, 2022 - PRLog -- Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care is excited to announce our expansion and to better serve the community our dedicated team is moving to a new location. As of September 1, our new address will be 908 SW 107^th Street Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73170. It is a privilege to care for patients and Oklahoma Palliative & Hospice Care has the expertise and resources to support patients, families, and caregivers.
