Three businesses open, in two industries, on one day in Historic College Park

ATLANTA - Sept. 7, 2022 - PRLog -- On Saturday, September 10, 2022, three new businesses are coming to historic Main Street, one of  metro-Atlanta's renowned business districts implementing a community-driven approach to economic development.  Inspired by the culinary and content creation industries, the new BIPOC-owned and led businesses will bring new services and experiences to the block, known for its Main Street Initiatives of "Organization, Design, Promotion and Economic Vitality".

"Main Street is a driving force in the pivotal movement happening in College Park, as a historic area on the rise. We lead with the same energy, to honor the history of this neighborhood and support the push forward as a BIPOC-owned  and led community" said Monique Rose.

The official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony is open to the public and will be held on Saturday, September 10th from 2:00-6:00 PM at 1880 Harvard Ave College Park, GA 30337. Attendees will be able to explore each business through a self-guided, scavenger hunt style open house, sample menu items, and meet the teams operating each business. There will be an opportunity for the media to interview Monique Rose and the lead teams during a dedicated industry and media hour from 1:00PM-2:00PM.

The businesses include:

• Milk & Cookies Exotic Snacks: A snack shop that features rare and limited edition exotic snacks.
• The Bodega on Main: A nod to New York's famous bodegas selling sandwiches and extreme milkshakes offering guests Good music & Good vibes! Home of Waffle Pops!
• The Collab ATL: A membership-only content creation studio with rooms for recording music and podcasts, dedicated content creation, and artist performance spaces, offering artists and creators a place to create quality content.
