Defective Coca Cola 12oz Can Implodes Explodes on Consumer Coca Cola & Carrier Does Nothing

On October 1, 2022 a consumer in the UpState of South Carolina purchased a case of Coca Cola 12oz Original Flavor soda. The consumer removed two cans of this product, while placing in the refrigerator the can in question imploded and exploded on the consumers face and neck and hand which was witnessed, cap never removed . The consumer stated the very loud bang when the can imploded then exploded was so horrific the consumer has severe implications from the event. The consumer contacted the CEO of Coca Cola, whom delegated the event to a department to proceed. The consumer requested of Coca Cola to send a representative to see said defective can so others will not have this happen. Coca Cola refused to send any representative to see the can. Coca Cola then transferred the matter to their Insurance Carrier Gallagher & Bassett in Chicago. The company contacted the consumer as a claim, as well the consumer requested a representative visit the consumer to see the dangerous can that imploded because of excessive gas pressure, Gallagher & Bassett refused as well and stated, send a picture or there is no claim.

Consumer is filing suit on Coca Cola, Gallagher & Bassett by outside counsel.
