Citrus City Grille Announces New Ownership

ORANGE, Calif. - Oct. 20, 2022 - PRLog -- Citrus City Grille has revealed new ownership of their longtime Orange based restaurant. Since first opening in 1996 by Steve Tsirtsis, he and the family built what quickly became an iconic part of the Old Towne Orange aesthetic, serving up incredible contemporary American cuisine with a touch of Mediterranean. New owner and restaurant industry veteran Charlie Cosmas alongside his family have been longtime patrons of Citrus City Grille, and as of July 2022 have taken over day to day operations.

Charlie Cosmas speaks further on the new ownership: "Working with Steve and his family on this opportunity was an incredible privilege, and I know that helping to carry on the legacy of Citrus City Grille is something very special. We are keeping the menu, culture and essence of the restaurant completely intact, and are thrilled to carry the torch for years to come"

Steve Tsirtsis comments: "We are thrilled to have the Cosmas family running Citrus City Grille. I knew the day we met Charlie and his family that the restaurant would be in good hands, and that they understand our core values and the passion for the City of Orange that we all share. As we head into Fall, Citrus City Grille reflects on 27 years of operations and is currently planning specialty menus for November and December, which will include their annual Thanksgiving dinner and continued collaborations with celebrated wineries for special pre-fixe evenings. Happy Hour will continue Monday through Sunday from 3-6pm, and their wildly popular weekend breakfast can be experienced Saturday's from 11:30am-2pm and their Sunday brunch is 9am-3pm.
