The SimiSleighs Foundation selected as first-ever Visa Purpose and Philanthropy Fund recipient

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Dec. 30, 2022 - PRLog -- Today, the SimiSleighs Foundation announced its selection as a recipient of the first-ever Visa Purpose & Philanthropy Fund. The Purpose & Philanthropy Fund initiative donates vital funds to facilitate the meaningful and essential work of Team Visa athletes' chosen charities. Visa's significant commitment will support the SimiSleighs Foundation's mission to build a better world for girls and women through sport.

"The Purpose & Philanthropy Fund will help us expand our grant program for the next generation of female athletes, while also fueling our leadership programming which empowers girls around the world to pursue their dreams."

Through access to crucial resources, mentorship, and skills development training, the SimiSleighs Foundation supports female Olympic and Paralympic athletes and hopefuls and everyday girls in navigating the barriers they traditionally face on the road to success. By increasing investment in women and girls, the SimiSleighs Foundation ultimately contributes to closing the gender equality gap. The Foundation is on a path to award $1M USD in grant funding to elite female athletes and impact 1M girls through leadership training in the next decade.
